01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ggslotvip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ggslotvip website available at ggslotvip.app and all associated services, products, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the ggslotvip platform, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ggslotvip platform.

These Terms are written in English, which is the sole governing language of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience purposes carries no legal weight and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the individual registered player account on ggslotvip.
• "Balance" means real-money funds held within a player's Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ggslotvip subject to wagering requirements.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, and associated features available on the platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total sum a player must wager before bonus funds become withdrawable as cash.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through ggslotvip's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration. The platform operates strictly in compliance with its internal compliance standards and fair play commitments as described throughout these Terms.

02 Account Registration

To access the full range of ggslotvip Services — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and wagering — you must first register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on ggslotvip, you must provide the following information truthfully and accurately:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address that you personally own and control.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Date of birth, confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
• A unique username and a strong password that you have not used on other platforms.
• Your preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) account number.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ggslotvip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and internal compliance standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any of the following points:

• Upon registration or within 30 days of your first deposit.
• When requesting your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above ৳10,000.
• When ggslotvip's internal systems flag unusual account activity.
• Periodically as part of routine compliance review.

Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Proof of address may also be requested. Withdrawal processing may be paused until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ggslotvip strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility, and ggslotvip will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by inadequate credential security on your part.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ggslotvip support immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

03 Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the ggslotvip platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older — no exceptions are made.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing the platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registered on ggslotvip's self-exclusion list or any third-party problem gambling self-exclusion register.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other individual or organisation when placing wagers.
• You must be mentally capable of making informed financial decisions and entering into a legally binding contract.

3.1 Age Verification Process

During registration, you are required to confirm via a declaration checkbox that you are 18 years of age or older. This declaration is legally binding. ggslotvip further verifies age through document-based KYC checks. Any account found — at any point — to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, less any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full.

3.2 Parental Controls

ggslotvip encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. We will act swiftly to investigate and close any such account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ggslotvip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through verified BDT payment channels. No foreign currency transactions, cryptocurrency deposits, or third-party payment intermediaries are accepted.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ggslotvip currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile wallet service.

The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to temporary interruption due to maintenance, technical issues at the payment provider's end, or ggslotvip's internal compliance requirements. ggslotvip is not liable for delays caused by payment service provider outages.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the cashier at time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your balance within seconds under normal conditions.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
• ggslotvip does not charge fees on deposits. Fees charged by your payment provider, if any, are your own responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account number used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 and 30 minutes following approval of the request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification documents have not been submitted or are under review.
• ggslotvip reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ৳10,000.
• Only real-money balance (not active bonus funds) may be withdrawn. Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before forming part of a withdrawable balance.

05 Bonus & Promotions

ggslotvip periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and complete their first deposit on ggslotvip may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the following conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositing players only. It may not be claimed more than once per player, per household, per device, or per IP address.
• The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500.
• Welcome bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any portion of the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at 10% of stakes wagered; slots contribute at 100%. Sports bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.80.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

Reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, BPL cricket specials, Eid promotions, and Pohela Boishakh seasonal bonuses are offered to eligible existing players. Each promotion carries its own validity period, minimum deposit threshold, wagering multiplier, and game eligibility rules, all of which are published on the promotion detail page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms before opting into any promotion.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, traded, or gifted to another player.
• ggslotvip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or void bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion between players.
• If a withdrawal is requested while bonus funds are active and wagering requirements have not been met, ggslotvip reserves the right to remove the active bonus and any winnings attributable to it before processing the withdrawal.
• Players may opt out of all bonus offers at any time by contacting support. Once opted out, future bonuses will not be applied automatically.

06 User Obligations

By using the ggslotvip platform, you agree to the following obligations, which are conditions of your continued access to our Services:

• You will use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at any subsequent request from ggslotvip, including during KYC verification.
• You will promptly notify ggslotvip if any of your registered details change, particularly your mobile number or payment account details.
• You will not attempt to access the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that mimics or replaces genuine human interaction.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the ggslotvip platform software or infrastructure.
• You will not use the platform as a mechanism for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. All funds deposited must originate from legitimate personal sources.
• You will gamble responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
• You will keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You will only wager funds you can genuinely afford to lose.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ggslotvip platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account, whether in your own name, a false identity, or via a third party acting on your behalf.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through low-variance wagering strategies, account collusion, systematic arbitrage, or any other method designed to gain a mathematically unfair advantage over the stated wagering conditions.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider for deposits that have been legitimately credited to your balance and wagered. Any chargeback detected will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings for the full amount.
• Money Laundering: Using the ggslotvip platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their illicit origin. ggslotvip actively monitors for patterns consistent with money laundering and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity, submitting falsified KYC documents, or impersonating another player or third party in any communication with ggslotvip.
• Automated Play: Using software bots, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to interact with casino games, the sportsbook, or any other element of the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer table games or tournaments.
• Platform Attacks: Attempting to disrupt, overload, or compromise the technical infrastructure of ggslotvip through denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, cross-site scripting, or any other technical exploit.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ggslotvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected engagement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse behaviour.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or longer.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting ggslotvip support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC checks. Active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is classified as inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 calendar months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100, deducted from any remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before any inactive account fee is applied.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal dispute by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Dispute — [Your Username]". ggslotvip will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.
